Priorities include piloting new programming, advancing equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (EDIA), planning for inclusive and sustainable growth, improving social impact measurement, staff/volunteer training, community engagement and addressing program delivery challenges. Not intended for ongoing operations.

Eligible activities (examples): Organizational change initiatives; piloting new initiatives; EDIA-focused projects; community engagement; staff/volunteer training; impact measurement and reporting; strategies to diversify revenues.

Funding streams & details:

• Tier 1: Up to $15,000 for projects with defined timelines; no matching funds required.
• Tier 2: Up to $50,000 for projects with broader impact; minimum 25% applicant contribution.
