Description

Supports innovative, adaptive projects that strengthen organizational capacity and expand access to arts and culture in communities. Priorities include piloting new programming, advancing equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (EDIA), planning for inclusive and sustainable growth, improving social impact measurement, staff/volunteer training, community engagement and addressing program delivery challenges. Not intended for ongoing operations.

Eligible activities (examples): Organizational change initiatives; piloting new initiatives; EDIA-focused projects; community engagement; staff/volunteer training; impact measurement and reporting; strategies to diversify revenues.

Funding streams & details:

  • Tier 1: Up to $15,000 for projects with defined timelines; no matching funds required.
  • Tier 2: Up to $50,000 for projects with broader impact; minimum 25% applicant contribution.
