Description

Innoweave offers a suite of coaching streams designed to help charities, non-profits, community groups and similar organizations across Canada build capacity, clarify impact and implement strategic change. The available coaching streams are grouped into three categories:

  • Clarify and Align: Impact & Strategic Clarity; Collective Impact
  • Grow Your Impact: Scaling Impact; Social Enterprise
  • Learn and Adapt: Developmental Evaluation; Impact Measurement

Since its inception under the McConnell Foundation, Innoweave has delivered over 900 coaching engagements and distributed more than $8 million in support—equipping organizations to refine strategies, build performance systems, prepare for impact investments and collaborate toward collective impact.
